TAGCPM provides general searching and querying capabilities to the general public and other agencies via the TAG Justice Portal. Case information is retrieved using typical criteria such as case numbers, party names, and other key identifiers such as ticket number. Additional search filters, including case type, party type, and case file date range. A configurable public security profile controls access to data.
The Justice Portal access is a standard browser application accessible on most web-enabled devices, including PCs, smartphones, and tablets.
Electronic Payments
The Justice Portal also provides the ability to accept online payments for costs, fees, and fines as well as other financial obligations.
TAGCPM electronic payments can be integrated with existing payment processors or configured with TAG partner merchant providers.
Credit cards are authenticated and authorized by a qualified payment processor. Payment posts to the credit card account and case financial record upon approval, with an electronic receipt notification, returned to the public user.
Electronic Filing
TAGCPM provides the ability for registered users to file court documents electronically using a secure portal. The E-Filing Portal provides attorneys and other registered users the ability to perform the following functions:
Register with the E-Filing Portal application.
Search and review current or previous filings for the given account.
Submit filings for new cases.
Submit subsequent filings on existing cases.
Attach PDF documents with filing submissions.
Attach payment information.
Perform account maintenance.
Access to the E-Filing portal is controlled and managed through a registration process. The portal provides a login registration form that must be completed by the external user to request access. The registration captures the user’s email address, username and password, contact information, and company or law firm association. Once registered, the E-Filing user can submit filings for new cases as well as subsequent filings for existing cases.
Documents are attached to the filing request as a PDF. A payment processing page captures credit card and billing information for the required filing fee. Following payment authorization, the filing flows to a review queue for verification. Once accepted by the clerk, TAGCPM dockets the filing and initiates the defined workflow.
