TAGCPM provides scanning, indexing, and storage of paper-based and electronic documents. All documents are easily stored, managed, retrieved, and viewed in their native format from within TAGCPM. This single repository allows for documents to be stored in a single, centrally managed repository that has the necessary security and automation features to support the court’s business.
The end-user can enhance document images and view all of them in separate windows. Users may print documents, send them via email, save the document to the desktop or clipboard, and see the document’s history (audit trail) with a date and time stamp for each action performed on that document, and by whom. The system saves document versions automatically and prompts the author for comments upon exit. Previous versions can be reviewed with the latest version always displayed first.
