The TAG knowledge base includes information from our library of support topics as well as historical solutions to common issues. By sharing support information, answers, and innovations utilized by our clients, we empower all justice organizations to improve their operations and increase efficiencies.
Regular operating hours (“business hours”) for TAG support are Monday through Friday, 7:45 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. EST, except for company-observed holidays. However, TAG support maintains an on-call support representative at all times to address critical issues outside of regular business hours.
