Peter T. Zackaroff – President
Mr. Zackaroff has served as President since the company’s founding in 2008. He previously served as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel for MAXIMIUS – Justice Solutions Division. Before joining MAXIMUS, Mr. Zackaroff was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of a publicly traded transportation company. He also served on the Board of Directors of a publicly held finance company and was a member of the audit and executive compensation committees. Mr. Zackaroff began his professional career as a partner in a leading Akron law firm where he maintained an active litigation practice. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and the District of Columbia.
David B. Crawford – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Crawford is the company’s Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. He was the founder of Crawford Consulting, Inc (CCI), the software firm that designed and developed the CourtView case management system. In 2000, MAXIMUS acquired CCI and engaged Mr. Crawford to lead the continued growth of CourtView and the development of other justice related software applications. Mr. Crawford served in various executive roles with MAXIMUS before retiring as President of its Systems Group in 2005. Mr. Crawford is a certified public accountant who began his career with Price Waterhouse.
