Experience Driven Innovation

In 2008 we accepted the challenge of developing solutions that supported efficient business processes, were easy to use and configure, and actually reduced costs. Drawing on the experience and diverse skill-sets of our associates we examined each and every aspect of justice related technology initiatives including application design and development, process analysis and engineering, data conversion, training, implementation services, project management, documentation, and application support.

Recognizing that each court is a unique organization with individual needs and funding capabilities we focused on creating a flexible portfolio of products and services. To be considered, proposed solutions were required to:

  • Leverage each court’s technical infrastructure and facilitate the continued use of existing CMS applications if desired
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives with enhanced analytical, statistical, reporting, and workflow solutions
  • Provide immediate access to common services including e-filing, e-payment, e-citation, public access, business intelligence, and reporting
  • Facilitate the future migration to new enterprise solutions
The final solution set includes three distinct but complementary approaches:

Design and develop custom solutions utilizing our TAG Toolkit.
Implement our products along with selected third party solutions.
Combine both build and buy approaches using service oriented architecture principle practices to extend the functionality of your legacy system.
